What is MMA, and what do you teach?

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) combines striking (Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai & Kickboxing) and grappling (Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, Wrestling) into one comprehensive combat sport and fitness system. We train beginners and advanced students in self-defence, fitness, and sport MMA.

For steady progress, 2–4 sessions per week is ideal. We can help you design a schedule that fits your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Yes. We offer a free trial class so you can experience the training, meet the coaches, and see if our academy suits you before committing.

Yes, when done correctly. Our coaches prioritise safety, technique, and controlled sparring. Beginners focus on drills and light contact, and protective gear is used where appropriate.

You do not need to be “in shape” to begin. The classes are progressive and include conditioning that helps you build strength, cardio, and flexibility over time.

No equipment is required at first. Later on gloves, mouthguard, shin guards, wraps and MMA gloves (recommended)
